Ziortza (Zia) Fernandez is a curator of a private collection in London. Since she started assisting artist and curator Michael Maziere in 2003, Zia has been working on a number of exhibitions in the various roles of freelance curator, project coordinator and gallery manager. Recent projects include the curation of A Moving Exhibition with Antria Pelekanou, in spring 2010, as well as Connections – a show of works produced by 10 contemporary artists in various media at the 10 Gales gallery last July.

Antria Pelekanou is a recent MA Fine Art graduate of the University of East London. After curating contemporary art exhibitions at The Lloyd Gill Gallery in Weston-Super-Mare in 2009, Antria moved on to realise her ambition of devising an itinerant art show – A Moving Exhibition. The project displayed the work of 70 contemporary artists across six London galleries, from March to June 2010.  Antria  Pelekanou is now directing 'The Door Prize - For Painting', an open competition exlusively for painting and she is currently looking for new entries.
